No Refunds or Exchanges for Any Reason
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, design, or color selections, incorrect shipping information, or delayed shipping.
Defects or Errors
We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure they meet your expectations. If, however, you receive an order with defects in the product or printing, if the product you receive is different from the product originally represented on our site, or if the product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional charge.
Reporting Product Issues
To initiate a replacement for a defective or erroneous product, please use the Order Issues Report form available on our Contact page. Using any other method of contact may delay the processing of your claim. When reporting an issue, please provide the following details:
- Full name on the order
- Email address associated with the order
- Order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear pictures illustrating the problem
Providing comprehensive information and images will expedite the processing of your report.
Any issues with your order must be reported within ten days of the delivery date to be eligible for processing.
Lost in Transit
For packages that are lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
In case the courier deems the provided shipping address insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated and accurate address with you.
Please be aware that unclaimed returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days.
